About Us
The Diego De Nicola Collection is operated by Diego De Nicola. Prints are produced by Prism Imaging, Melbourne 3181, Australia.
Products
All prints are limited edition fine art photographs, printed to order on archival paper. Available paper stocks are Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl and Canson Baryta 310gsm. Every print includes a certificate of authenticity. Edition sizes are fixed per print size: 8x10 (edition of 50), 11x14 (edition of 35), A3 (edition of 20), A2 (edition of 12). Once an edition is sold out, no further prints will be produced in that size.
We make every effort to accurately represent colours and tones on the website. Due to the nature of screens and monitors, slight variations between the on-screen image and the final print are normal and are not considered a defect.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We do not store your payment details.
Production and Shipping
Prints are produced to order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for production, plus shipping time. Shipping is via Australia Post. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping may be offered in the future.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, images, text, and design on this website are the property of Diego De Nicola and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Prints are sold for personal display only. Commercial reproduction, scanning, or digital distribution of any print is prohibited.
Limited Editions
Edition numbers are tracked and honoured. Once an edition sells out, it will not be reprinted. We reserve the right to hold back a small number of artist proofs from each edition for exhibition, portfolio, or archival purposes. These are not included in the stated edition count.
Cancellations
Because prints are made to order, cancellations are only possible before production begins. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@diegodenicola.com. Once a print has entered production, the order cannot be cancelled.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Diego De Nicola Collection is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
