Overview

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made through The Diego De Nicola Collection. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The Diego De Nicola Collection is operated by Diego De Nicola. Prints are produced by Prism Imaging, Melbourne 3181, Australia.

Products

All prints are limited edition fine art photographs, printed to order on archival paper. Available paper stocks are Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl and Canson Baryta 310gsm. Every print includes a certificate of authenticity.

Edition sizes are fixed per print size: 8x10 is an edition of 50, 11x14 is an edition of 35, A3 is an edition of 20, and A2 is an edition of 12. Once an edition is sold out, no further prints will be produced in that size.

Screen colour and tonal rendering can vary between devices. Slight variations between the on-screen image and final print are normal and are not considered a defect.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. Payment details are not stored by this website.

Production and Shipping

Prints are produced to order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for production, plus shipping time. Shipping is via Australia Post, and a confirmation email is sent when your order ships.

The current store setup ships within Australia only. International shipping can be reviewed in a later phase.

Returns and Refunds

All prints are made to order, hand-numbered, signed, and printed specifically for you. Because of this, change-of-mind returns and refunds are not accepted once production has begun.

If your print arrives damaged or with a production defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a photograph of the damage and your order number. Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, the work will be reprinted and reshipped at no cost to you, or refunded.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, text, and design on this website are the property of Diego De Nicola and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Prints are sold for personal display only. Commercial reproduction, scanning, or digital distribution of any print is prohibited.
